Is the track directly adjacent to the National Pipe site the former
DL&W main?  I once spent quite a bit of time working at National Pipe
as a consultant (it is a Superfund site) back in the early 90's.  I
recall noticing rail activity and bulk hoppers on a siding unloading
PVC pellets.  At the time I had no idea of the rail heritage nearby.
