(erielack) Farewell to the Branches fantrip

I was talking to someone yesterday about the various fantrips that operated
in the New York metro area over the years and they mentioned that there was
a "Farewell to the Branches" trip on the soon to be discontinued EL
branches in the Fall of 1966.  This was the first time I heard of this
trip.  Did anyone on this list ride it and does anyone know the routing it
took?
