It does exist, but needs more work- track repair, crossing upgrades, etc.   I think that the Branch was going to be used for equipment moves as opposed to revenue service, but an RDC-type unit might do well between Spring Valley and Suffern. 

I hope they have lots of Saturday runs on the line :P
