(erielack) Interchanges with B&O

Listers, Where would the EL interchange with the B&O. I am making up
some load card and believe that the Silica sand used in glass making
would come from the Morgantown West Virginia area. MY glass makers are
in Corning NY and Pittsburgh Pa   See you in Elmira in October
