RE: (erielack) NJ/PA - Environmental Assessment for Lackawanna Cutoff now available
It probly wouldnt make it more than 50-70 million less by cutting back to Gravel Place and Scranton is a better Termination point even if 85% of ridership is 30 miles east. and this could be a help to the 2 National Parks that Lie Along "The Road of Anthracite"
