Re: (erielack) New EL and Erie prototypes!!!!



I believe that was the reason, because the EL scheme is the DL&W scheme.

This project has been bubbling through NS for a couple of years.  We
(ELDCPS) were asked about this a year or so ago.  At the time I was told
that a couple of the decision makers really liked the Erie's two tone green
scheme.  A little over a month ago they asked us for diagrams and paint
colors which as Paul mentioned he was able to provide.

I do know that there are DL&W fans in Norfolk.  There is a large poster
there of a Jim McClellan photo of Lackawanna FM's going through the Water
Gap.  Hey this is better than Penn Central instead of Pennsy.
